Stained Glass Pokedex: #001-#003

Starrrrrrting a new project up! Going to do the first 150 Pokemon (and maybe Mew~), but the challenge is to add the stained glass effect. Hopefully by the time I reach Mewtwo, this first picture will look like child's play.
